Recipes and Cooking Egg Curry KARA

Egg Curry (my Favorite recipe)

Ingredients:

  1. Eggs (up to you) I normally 6 pieces. 
  2. Coconut milk KARA. 
  3. Red onion (small) 5 points. 
  4. Garlic 4 items. 
  5. Thumb-sized ginger. 
  6. Thumb-sized turmeric. 
  7. 1 teaspoon coriander. 
  8. Salt to taste (1/2 teaspoon). 
  9. 6 great chili beans. Small chili as you like. 
  10. Sugar 1/2 teaspoon. 
  11. 2 cups water. 
  12. 3-6 medium sized potatoes grains, peeled and cut into pieces. 
  13. Coconut oil.
  14. 4 Potatoes

How do I make it 
Boiled eggs until cooked, soak in cold water when fully ripe. While waiting for the eggs cook, prepare seasoning 3 -10 then blend until fairly smooth. Eggs that have been cook then peeled, then fried to coconut oil until looks steamy heat then fry until eggs brown. Lift the eggs from the pan, then, stir-fry seasoning that has been pulverized before. Insert potato and fried egg, was stir seasonings. Enter water, wait for it to boil. Then enter KARA coconut milk and stir to stir again Add sugar (if you like).
If you like, add a little tamarind.

Note; Tips for frying eggs look pretty.
Heat the coconut oil until steamy, put the eggs one by one, and mix well.
So, coconut oil must be steamy.
