Usually people would make cake Shatu will welcome Ied Fitri, Christmas or Chinese New Year as a menu of dishes for the arrival of friends and family. But this is the kind of cake that requires a long time in the making. But if you want to try there is no harm if you want to make these cookies. Maybe it could be the home production at your place. All you need in making this cake is a cake mold that looks amusing or interesting. The people at my place using a special mold made of wood, these prints are sold in my state.

Ingredients
Ingredients to make the cake Sathu very simple, just a comparison between how many grams of green beans and powdered sugar.  My mom's recipe uses a ratio of 1: 1. This means that if we use 1 kg of green beans should be used as much as 1 kg of refined sugar as well. It only takes a few spoons of water,  it do not use too much water because it will cause the cake to be hard, not savory.

The stages of how to make a cake
The first stage is to soak the green beans takes a day and night to soak green beans or green bean's skin is peeling. Drain from the water (drain), while we discard the skin of green beans. Heat a pan and put all the green beans that are white without coconut oil, roasted until it looks quite yellowish.

The second phase is refining green beans that have been roasted into flour; we can use Blender with condiments tubes. The way you blend you can see here. When you blending, enter green beans 3/4 section the tube, this in order to rotate. After fairly smooth green beans and then collect into separate bowl.

The third stage, after all the finished mashed green beans, mix with powdered sugar while knead. If we want a practical, there is a way that does not require our energy, that is when we blender the green beans, we can enter refined sugar with the appropriate comparison of the above materials. Enter the 2 tablespoons of water in the both material and knead again.

The fourth stage is to print the cake. Both the flour that has been mixed incorporated in the mold. Press with your fingers to fairly dense, it will be seen carving the shape of the mold, add more flour until evenly on the surface of the mold and press again with your thumb. Separate the cake from the mold.
Regarding the cake mold, maybe you can use a toy-cuisine cook of your daughter, while you teaching them to make this cake. You can also use cake-mold jelly as in the picture.

The fifth stage is drying. Dry in the sun all the cake until it becomes dry, no cracks. Drying requires a fairly hot sun. I have yet to see if it could use a roasting oven, I think it can be done but with the low temperature and not too long, the cake must be white.
Once dry you can put them in a jar, cake ready to be served.
Good luck.
